Fairspin launched in 2018 and is operated by Sorta Group Limitada under an Anjouan gaming licence (ALSI-202508047-FI2, valid to August 2027). It uses TFS tokens and records all transactions on-chain for transparency. The casino accepts 48 cryptocurrencies — a notably wide selection including DeFi and meme tokens (Aave, Uniswap, Chainlink, Pepe, Shiba Inu, OFFICIAL TRUMP) alongside majors — and fiat via Visa, Skrill, Neteller, and other options. KYC is required before your first withdrawal — you can deposit and play without verifying.

Loyalty & VIP

The welcome package covers four deposits and totals 550% + 200 free spins (1st: 200%, 2nd: 125%, 3rd: 125%, 4th: 100%, all + 50 FS): $20 min deposit per stage, 45x wagering, 4-day validity per stage, $2,500 max withdrawal per stage. Free spins land on Fairspin Bonanza 1000, carry the same 45x wagering, and aren’t wager-free. A separate Sports Welcome Bonus (100% up to $220) and one-time 15% Crypto Deposit Boost exist as alternatives — see Bonuses below for the full breakdown, including the weekly Sports Reload and the rotating Sports Advent Calendar.

Beyond the welcome, every real-money bet earns Rakeback Tokens (TFS) via Play2Earn, feeding a 10-tier Loyalty Program (Player through VIP Club Platinum Card) with weekly cashback up to 50% and daily cashback up to 10% at top tiers — an unusually well-documented rakeback structure for this audit. TFS can also be staked (Hold2Earn) for a share of the casino’s Gross Gaming Revenue.

Games

1,038 games from a curated selection of providers, including in-house “Fairspin Originals” and “Web3Originals” branded lines — neither carries an in-game provably-fair verification tool, and the site’s own Fairness & RNG Testing Methods policy describes standard third-party RNG certification rather than a player-verifiable seed/hash system. Slots, live casino, table games, and crash titles, plus a full sportsbook with dedicated esports coverage (E-sports, E-Basketball, E-Football) — one of the few crypto casinos that bundles casino and sportsbook under one account and balance.

Payments

Not crypto-only. 48 cryptocurrencies confirmed via the live cashier — majors (BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, XRP, BNB, DOGE, ADA, BCH, USDC, DASH, XMR, EOS, XLM, LTC, SOL) alongside a genuinely wide long tail of DeFi tokens (Aave, Uniswap, Chainlink, Compound, Curve, dYdX) and meme coins (Pepe, Shiba Inu, Bonk, Dogwifhat, FLOKI, Notcoin, OFFICIAL TRUMP). Fiat/e-wallet options include Visa, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, PayOp, AstroPay, Interac, Noda, MuchBetter, Rapid Transfer, Jeton, Papara, Sticpay, Paysafecard, and PayDo, plus regional rails like Mercadopago in Argentina. All transactions recorded on the blockchain for transparency.

As of the July 2026 Terms, Fairspin publishes hard withdrawal caps — 1,000 USDT per day, 5,000 per week, 20,000 per month for standard accounts (VIP limits are by individual request) — and a 100,000 USDT single-win limit with a matching 100,000 USDT rolling-24h aggregate win limit (anything above is voided). Withdrawing also requires wagering your deposit at least once for casino play, or three times for sport and live-casino play. Multiple 2026 complaints describe large balances being paid out only in ~1,000-a-day instalments as a direct result of these caps.

KYC Policy

KYC verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal — per the KYC Policy, no withdrawals or payouts are processed until verification is complete. You must submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and potentially a selfie or a live phone call; verification runs through third-party providers Sumsub and KYCAID. You can deposit and play without verifying in most cases, though the policy reserves the right to request documents at the deposit stage too if risk indicators are triggered. Once requested, documents must be submitted within 14 calendar days. ⚠️ Customer support chat is explicitly not authorized to discuss KYC, account restrictions, or compliance reviews — those go through email or a dedicated channel only. Players who value anonymity should consider alternatives.

Trust & Reputation

Fairspin still has a responsive operator profile in some respects: Casino Guru found zero unfair clauses in its Terms (a genuinely clean result, unlike most casinos in our portfolio), no blacklist entry, and Trustpilot shows a fast, near-total reply rate to negative reviews. Historically, when complaints resolved they resolved for real money — the record includes payouts as large as $285,080 and $73,961, so delay hasn’t equalled non-payment in most cases. But AskGamblers’ editorial rating has since fallen from 8.2 to 6.9, and its recent large VIP complaints are trending toward Unresolved rather than paid — see below.

But the volume behind those numbers tells its own story. Across all three sources, the single most common complaint by far is a multi-day (often 5-30+ day) withdrawal delay, frequently met with a generic “security check” or “banking days” explanation — real friction, even when it eventually resolves in the player’s favor. Responsible-gambling handling is a separate, more specific concern: both Casino Guru’s and AskGamblers’ own review summaries independently flag “poor”/“limited” responsible-gambling tools, and multiple complaints describe self-exclusion requests being ignored or an account being reopened despite a block request, including one case where a tournament prize was denied because self-exclusion happened to reactivate right as the payout was due. Two large complaints ($1,679 and $31,000) that were open and under mediation at our last check have since both closed as Unresolved — both from long-tenured VIP players (3 and 5 years) with accounts abruptly closed and funds withheld. A newer $25,417 complaint describes a player being made to “beg for a paycheck” as their balance is released only in ~$1,000-a-day instalments — the mechanical effect of the newly-published daily withdrawal cap. Over the same period AskGamblers’ own editorial rating for Fairspin dropped from 8.2 to 6.9.

The most serious single allegation, from Trustpilot, isn’t about Fairspin’s own games at all: a player claims his VIP manager personally steered him to open an account at a newly-launched “sister” casino, where he deposited $13,500, won $54,000, passed verification — and then had the account closed with funds withheld. This is difficult to dismiss as an isolated bad actor given that Casino Guru independently confirms Fairspin is commercially linked to three other casinos (Betico, Wageon, AkibaWin) and factors their complaint history into its own Safety Index. Fairspin’s public reply neither confirmed nor denied the specifics.

Pros & Cons

Pros:

  • Blockchain transparency — all transactions on-chain and verifiable
  • 48 cryptocurrencies (majors plus a wide DeFi/meme-token selection) + broad fiat support (Visa, Skrill, Neteller, and regional rails)
  • TFS token ecosystem with rakeback
  • 550% welcome package — one of the largest in the market by headline
  • Anjouan-licensed (Sorta Group Limitada, ALSI-202508047-FI2)
  • Sportsbook available alongside casino games

Cons:

  • Recurring, high-volume pattern (all 3 sources) of multi-day withdrawal delays with generic “security check” explanations, plus at least 2 documented cases of self-exclusion/account-closure requests being ignored or mistimed
  • A serious, specific Trustpilot allegation of being steered by a VIP manager to a linked “sister” casino, then having winnings withheld — plausible given Casino Guru’s confirmed link to 3 related casinos
  • Poor/limited responsible-gambling tools — independently flagged by both Casino Guru’s and AskGamblers’ own review summaries
  • KYC mandatory before first withdrawal — no anonymous cashout
  • Hard withdrawal caps (1,000 USDT/day, 20,000/month for standard accounts) and a lowered 100,000 USDT single-win limit — large balances are released only in daily instalments
  • 45x wagering on all bonus funds including free spin winnings
  • Max $2,500 withdrawal per welcome package stage
  • 1,038 games — smaller library than competitors
  • Free spins game fixed (Fairspin Bonanza 1000) and not wager-free

Our Rating

Category Score Notes
Bonuses 6/10 550% impressive; 45x wagering on both bonus and FS winnings; $2,500 max per stage
KYC Policy 3/10 Mandatory before first withdrawal — most restrictive in our category
Payouts 7/10 Blockchain transparency; KYC adds friction for first cashout
Games 6/10 1,038 titles — smaller library than most competitors
Trust & Reputation 6/10 Genuinely clean T&Cs and fast reply rates — but offset by a high volume of multi-day withdrawal-delay complaints (now compounded by published 1,000 USDT/day withdrawal caps), an AskGamblers editorial rating that has fallen 8.2→6.9, two large VIP complaints closed Unresolved, poor/limited responsible-gambling tools (flagged by both Casino Guru and AskGamblers), documented self-exclusion failures, and one serious, plausible allegation of being steered to a linked “sister” casino where winnings were withheld
Overall 5.5/10 Weighted: KYC 25% · Payouts 25% · Trust 25% · Games 15% · Bonuses 10%

Verdict

Fairspin’s main selling point is blockchain transparency — every transaction is on-chain and verifiable. The welcome package headline (550% + 200 FS) is one of the largest in the market, but 45x wagering applies to both the deposit match and free spin winnings, and the $2,500 cap per stage limits real upside. The 1,038-game library is smaller than competitors like 7Bit or Wild.io.

Its trust profile is mixed and, on the latest data, drifting the wrong way: zero unfair T&C clauses and fast replies sit alongside a real volume of withdrawal-delay complaints, more than one documented responsible-gambling handling failure, and a specific, hard-to-dismiss allegation of being funneled to a related casino where winnings were then withheld. Since our last review the Terms have added hard withdrawal caps (1,000 USDT/day) that force large balances out in daily instalments, AskGamblers’ editorial rating has fallen from 8.2 to 6.9, and two large VIP disputes have closed Unresolved. Best suited to players who prioritise transaction verifiability over anonymity or game variety — and who keep balances small enough that a daily cap and a slow review process don’t matter.
