Cloudbet has been operating since 2013, making it one of the oldest crypto casinos in existence, with a strong sportsbook, high limits, and 29 cryptocurrencies. But “spotless reputation” no longer holds up under third-party scrutiny — a well-documented pattern of large winning balances getting frozen for months under a vague “betting integrity review” tempers the longevity story considerably. See Trust & Reputation below before depositing amounts you can’t afford to have tied up.
Games
2,500–8,000+ games depending on your region, from leading providers. Slots, live casino, table games, and provably fair Originals (Mines, Limbo, Dice, Plinko, Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Keno, Pump). The mechanism is documented in real technical depth on Cloudbet’s own provably fair calculator page — SHA3-256 for the server seed commitment, a combined “Round Signature” fed into SHAKE256 to generate results — though the interactive verification tool itself is currently live for Mines only, with the rest of Originals still “to come” per the page. The sportsbook is built for serious volume: high betting limits, low-margin odds (per Cloudbet’s own positioning — verified from cloudbet.com footer). Maximum parlay/accumulator payout: €1,000,000 — verified from ToS section 12.4. A dedicated esports section covers CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, Call of Duty, NBA2K, Rocket League, Rainbow Six, Overwatch and FIFA, with in-play/live markets.
Payments
29 cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, BCH, USDT, USDC, DAI, DOGE, LTC, DASH, ADA, SOL, BNB, XRP, TRX, ZEC, TON, SHIB and more — full list in ToS 7.3.1. That same clause now also references “fiat deposits (depending on your jurisdiction),” and Cloudbet’s site advertises card payments (Visa/Mastercard/Apple Pay/Google Pay) with fiat handled by a Cyprus subsidiary — so the historic crypto-only framing may no longer hold everywhere, though we haven’t been able to confirm a live fiat cashier from an unlocked account. Minimum deposit is roughly $1, though the exact per-coin threshold (typically $0.10–$0.50 equivalent) is shown on the deposit screen before you send. Deposits are instant; withdrawals are usually instant too, occasionally up to 24 hours. No maximum withdrawal limit in ToS — section 7.5.3 states “You may withdraw any amount up to the Account Balance” — verified from cloudbet.com/en/help/terms.
KYC Policy
Live testing (2 August 2026, re-confirmed September 2026) found the cashier gates every deposit — not just large ones — behind a mandatory “Unlock wallet” form (first name, last name, address, city, country) before you can fund your account at all. This contradicts ToS section 18.1.5’s stated $2,200 cumulative-deposit threshold, whose text is unchanged but no longer matches what the live product does; below that figure is no longer a free-play zone. It’s basic PII collection at this stage, not a document upload, but it’s an unavoidable step before your very first deposit — a harder gate than the threshold model previously described.
Trust & Reputation
Cloudbet’s licence is Active and Verified, it isn’t blacklisted anywhere, and Casino Guru’s own complaint database shows nothing alarming — but that last point turns out to reflect thin data (only 7 user reviews, “no relevant complaints” logged) rather than a genuinely clean record. AskGamblers, which has actually logged 94 complaints for this casino, rates it only 5/10 editorially — a notably low score that stands out against its 8.6/10 player rating and 83/92 complaint-resolution stat.
Reading the complaint text explains the gap: a specific, repeated pattern shows up across dozens of independent complainants — an account, often sitting on a large winning balance, gets frozen for a “betting integrity review” the casino states can take “up to 6 months,” with no reason given and no substantive update until AskGamblers applies pressure. Documented frozen amounts include $700, $3,427, $4,600, and one particularly striking case where a $550,000 balance was frozen after a big win, with the player left in limbo for weeks. Nearly all of these are eventually paid out — but only after AskGamblers escalation, not voluntarily.
This isn’t just a player narrative: Trustpilot independently shows the same pattern, and Cloudbet’s own company replies confirm it as standard, admitted practice — “Your account was flagged for suspicious activity… we’ve paused your account… could take up to six months.” Trustpilot itself flags the profile as one that “may be associated with high-risk investments.” None of this is proof of outright theft — funds do tend to come back — but a casino that can freeze a six-figure winning balance for months on a vague, unspecified “integrity review” is a materially different risk than a routine KYC delay.

Verdict
Cloudbet still delivers on the fundamentals — a long track record, high limits, broad crypto support, and a genuinely strong sportsbook. But the “gold standard for trust” framing doesn’t survive contact with the third-party complaint data: a specific, repeated, company-admitted pattern of freezing large winning balances for months under a vague “betting integrity review” is a real risk, not a rare edge case. Funds do tend to come back eventually, usually only after outside pressure — fine for casual, modest play, but think twice before letting a big balance sit here.
