KYC Policy

Basic play and withdrawals don’t require identity verification upfront. BC.Game reserves the right to request ID/address verification before, during or after use (ToS §6) — a discretionary, risk-based approach rather than a fixed dollar threshold, and one that may include a selfie or biometric check. This still makes BC.Game a solid pick for privacy-conscious players who aren’t flagged for enhanced review.

Trust & Reputation

This is where BC.Game’s story gets complicated. In November 2024, a Curaçao court declared BC.Game’s operating companies at the time — Blockdance BV and Small House BV — bankrupt, over $2.5M+ in unpaid player claims, including a single claim over $1M from an Indonesian player who couldn’t withdraw funds. BC.Game surrendered its Curaçao licence weeks later, in December 2024, framing it publicly as a voluntary exit from a “hostile” regulatory environment rather than a consequence of the bankruptcy ruling.

BC.Game then relicensed in Anjouan under Twocent Technology Ltd, the entity named in its current licence (ALSI-202410011-FI1). Belize’s own Financial Services Commission — the regulator for the jurisdiction where Twocent is supposedly registered as a holding company — could not confirm the company has a legitimate registration there, per reporting from August 2025. As of the most recent public reporting (September 2025), Curaçao’s registry had quietly removed the revocation listing without a clear public resolution, and moves to reverse the original bankruptcy order appear to be driven by the trustee running out of funds to pursue the case further — not by evidence that the $2.5M+ in player claims was actually paid. The Anjouan licence itself is due to expire on 1 October 2026 and, as of September 2026, had not been renewed in the public register.

More recently, in June 2026 Sweden’s regulator Spelinspektionen issued a ruling barring Twocent Technology Limited from marketing to the Swedish market without a Swedish licence, after finding Swedish-language affiliate and content-creator promotion; BC.Game did not respond to the regulator. The same reporting noted BC.Game was the second-largest single source of traffic to the BetBlocker self-exclusion tool in 2025 — a gambling-harm signal, not a compliance one, but worth knowing.

Beyond the licensing history: AskGamblers’ complaint record for BC.Game is weak — industry reporting previously put its resolution rate around 32% (162 of 506 filed complaints), among the lowest of compared operators, and its current listing still carries roughly 149 complaints, including several rejected five-figure withdrawal and account-lock disputes. Trustpilot lists BC.Game’s aggregate rating as unavailable “due to a breach of our guidelines,” and states it has removed fake reviews from the profile and will remove more if found.

None of this means BC.Game doesn’t function as a casino today — it clearly does, at real volume. But a court-confirmed history of not paying $2.5M+ in player claims, combined with a current licensing entity that the relevant regulator can’t confirm actually exists, is a materially different category of risk than a routine registry lag.

Verdict

BC.Game still offers real strengths — 168+ cryptocurrencies, instant withdrawals for most players, no KYC by default, and one of the largest game libraries we review. But its regulatory history since late 2024 is a genuine concern: a court-confirmed bankruptcy over $2.5M+ in unpaid player claims, followed by a relicensing move to an entity Belize’s own regulator can’t confirm is legitimately registered. Combined with the weakest dispute-resolution track record among comparable operators, this isn’t a casino we can recommend on trust alone — go in with eyes open, and don’t deposit more than you’re prepared to fight for if something goes wrong.
