We could not find a Casino Guru review for Thunderpick, but the two sources we do have independently describe the same severe pattern. AskGamblers logs a 1/10 complaint-resolution rate — one of the worst AskGamblers resolution rates we’ve found in this audit — with sums (€781, €6,226, $8,725, and others) described as stuck in repeated KYC document cycles (“send a different proof of address”) or confiscated outright, citing vague ToS clauses with no specifics offered even when directly asked.

Trustpilot, with a much larger sample (407 reviews), shows the identical pattern: a “breach of ToS” is cited to justify closing an account and forfeiting the balance, but Thunderpick’s own replies — even to players who explicitly ask “which clause, what evidence” or state they’ve filed a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Authority — consistently decline to specify, citing “privacy and security.” The company does reply quickly (98% of negative reviews, within 48h), but the substance of those replies is a repeated, formulaic non-answer rather than the kind of concrete engagement seen on, say, mBit or BitStarz’s Trustpilot pages.

None of this is a confirmed regulatory finding, but the volume, consistency, and the company’s own pattern of refusing to specify grounds even under direct pressure is a serious, well-documented concern — not just griping from a handful of unhappy losers.

Thunderpick’s esports coverage is unmatched in crypto gambling, and the 10x betting bonus wagering is genuinely excellent. But the trust picture is a real problem: AskGamblers shows one of the worst complaint-resolution rates on that platform we’ve found in this whole review, and Trustpilot independently confirms the same pattern at scale — accounts closed and balances confiscated over an unspecified “Terms violation,” with the company declining to say which clause or show evidence even when directly pressed. Fine for small esports bets you’re prepared to lose; don’t build a large balance here.
